Product Care & FAQs

Why?

…does my vacuum seal not work effectively?

…is there moisture on the underside of the cover?

These may be the possible reasons:

1. Container is too small - Insufficient space for a proper seal.

2. Damaged seal - Check for cracks or dirt on the sealing edge.

3. Improper sealing technique - Ensure the lid is aligned correctly.

Moisture inside the cover of a vacuum-sealed container can be due to:

1. Humidity in the food - Moist foods release moisture during sealing.

2. Improper drying - The container or food wasn't dry before sealing.

3. Temperature changes - Condensation forms if the container cools rapidly.

4. Seal leak - A poor seal may allow air and moisture to enter.
