Payment
- All prices are listed in Singapore dollars (SGD).
- We accept payments via credit card or PayNow transfers through our website.
Shipping
- Once an order is placed, we are unable to amend or make changes. Please double-check your order details before confirming.
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days of receipt.
- In the event of a delay by us, we will notify you and continue to monitor your order. If the delivery is delayed by more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you, you may cancel the order.
Responsibility for Lost Packages
- Once the Dispatch Confirmation has been sent, your products are under the responsibility of our third-party logistics provider. We are not responsible for lost parcels if proof of postage is available. Any claims for lost parcels must be directed to the postal service provider, though we will assist with compensation claims when possible. Refunds will not be issued for lost parcels.
Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be emailed for all orders. It is the customer's responsibility to use this tracking number to track the order. We are not responsible for providing updates on the status of your order.
Delivery
- Deliveries are made during working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- The first delivery attempt will be made without prior scheduling. If you miss the delivery, our logistics provider will contact you to reschedule.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. We will email instructions to make payment for the additional shipping cost. Upon request, we can provide a photo of the unclaimed/undeliverable package.
Order Cancellation & Fees
- If you wish to cancel an order that has been returned to us, a 10% handling fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from the refund, along with any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase.
- We will send up to two reminders for re-shipping. After 6 months, we reserve the right to take back any unclaimed or undeliverable orders without issuing a refund.
Postage Fees
- The price of postage includes handling fees.
Amendments & Disputes
- Fresh Pantry reserves the right to make amendments to these terms.
- In the event of any dispute, Fresh Pantry reserves the right to make the final decision.
