Fresh Pantry sells products to customers globally, and these General Conditions are intended to apply worldwide. However, depending on your jurisdiction, mandatory local laws may also apply. By accepting these terms, you understand that any order or transaction is exclusively between the customer and Fresh Pantry. Ecwid, as our platform provider, is not responsible for the content, interactions, or transactions made through the Website.
Orders
- Order Confirmation: When you receive an order confirmation from us, your order is accepted, and a purchase agreement is formed. Please save the confirmation for future reference. We may deny an order if incorrect personal details are provided or if there’s a record of non-payment.
- Order Amendments: Once your order is confirmed, no amendments can be made. Please verify your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
- Shipping Details: Ensure your address is correct to avoid delays or lost orders. Fresh Pantry is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses. All orders are shipped via mail; we do not offer in-person meetups.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is sold out, we may cancel your order and issue a refund. We will notify you of any available substitute products.
- Ownership: All products remain the property of Fresh Pantry until full payment has been received.
- Price and Shipping Changes: Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
- Business Hours: Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Customer Information
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information.
- You are also responsible for all purchases made with your login details. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Prices
- All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Prices on the Website apply to orders placed online.
- Prices exclude payment and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
- Local charges, such as currency conversion fees, credit card fees, sales tax, or customs duties, may apply depending on your location. These charges are your responsibility and will not be refunded by Fresh Pantry.
Discounts
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout; they cannot be applied retroactively to an order once placed.
- Discount codes cannot be reinstated for canceled orders.
Products
- All images on the Website are copyrighted. Unauthorized use of our images is prohibited.
- Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in computer displays or lighting. This may result in a 20% discrepancy, which will not be considered a defect.
- Product measurements are provided in flatlay form and may differ slightly in actual size.
